How long does it take before I receive my movies?
We normally ship DVDs within 2 business days. Time of delivery across Europe is 5-10 days. Worldwide delivery, including the USA, Australia, Canada and Japan is 7-15 days, depending on the speed of the international postal services. You can always check the status of your order if you have created an account. In order to view the status login with your email address and password and click on your order number. All orders are shipped in a plain box or envelope. No mention of its contents appears on the box. Also there is no label, no covers and no trademark.
What if my order gets lost or arrives broken?
If your order gets lost, stolen or has not arrived within 30 days we will send you a free replacement. Just Email Us and explain the situation. If you have received broken, spoiled or damaged items please contact us as soon as possible (but not later than 30 days from purchase). In such a case, we will replace the product with an even exchange of the same item, subject to in-stock availability.
How much do you charge for shipping?
The Amsterdam Adult Happy Shopper tries as much as possible to approximate the real shipment costs. The key factors are the weight of the shipment and the place they need to be shipped to. The weight depends on the sort of item (ie DVD or Toy) and the number of items. The shipment costs include all the sending, packaging and handling charges. You can calculate your shipment costs when viewing your cart.
Will the DVDs play on my DVD player?
All DVDs are Region Free PAL DVDs (unless specified specificially), which means they can be played on every DVD Player worldwide.
Almost all DVD players sold in PAL countries play both kinds of discs. These multi-standard players partially convert NTSC to PAL signal. Most modern PAL TVs also can handle this "pseudo-PAL" signal.
Some NTSC players can't play PAL discs. We advise you to check the manual of your DVD and TV system which system is supported.
These standards have no importance if you will be play DVD on your computer. PC software allows play PAL and NTSC disk on computer without problems.
Is ordering safe?
Yes, ordering is 100% safe and secure. You will be charged discreetly. We use a Thawte SSL123 Certificate (http://www.thawte.com) to offer secure communications by encrypting all data to and from the site.
What are the payment options?
We offer several Payment Options as shown below. When using Credit Card, your charge will appear discretely on your credit card statement as Buckaroo.

For Visa, MasterCard and Discover Cards For American Express Cards 
Turn the card over and look at the signature box. You will find either the entire 16-digit credit card number or just the last 4 digits, followed by the 3-digit CSC. The CSC is always located above the account number on the face of the card, sometimes on the left side and sometimes on the right. Note: Some American Express cards have a 4-digit number below the account number. This is not the CSC. - Direct Debit or Online Banking and using the online payment service Buckaroo.
You will be redirected to the international payment service Buckaroo. Depending on the country you live in, Buckaroo offers several payment options. - Transfer the amount by bank.

How will the products be sent to me?
For your privacy all products are shipped in blank envelopes or boxes without any cover or inlay . The only text on your package will be your name and adress, unless specified otherwise. Into the UK, USA and Australia we ship all packages 'camouflaged' eg. without cover. If you wish we can ship the covers in a different mailing (please let us know if you want us to ship the covers. Enter covers in the comment field when you fill out your personal information).
The package with DVDs will look like this. There will be no other information on the package than the customer's name and address.
